Jack’s practice focuses on accounting and advising rather than taxation or auditing. We act as a “qualified intermediary” for like kind exchanges under IRS Code Section 1031. He assists local attorneys with litigation support projects like pension valuations, investment analysis and valuation of small businesses. Jack is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner. He has been providing accounting, consulting and valuation services to the greater Tompkins County area for nearly 40 years.
