Take action and send City of Ithaca Common Council members a message that Good Cause Eviction is going to be detrimental to our local housing stock and will only further push our "mom and pop" housing providers out of the market. There will be so many unintended consequences and they have not thought this through fully. The discussion needs to involve all parties involved-they need to know our voice counts too.
